I just got the news that Miranda and David welcomed their baby boy this past weekend! He arrived just a bit early, so I'm glad we were able to fit in their maternity session recently! Capturing the moment right before a family grows is so special to me. Always reminds me of those mixed emotions--excitement, anxiety, fear, love--I went through right before I had my son. Looking back, It was the best emotional rollercoaster I had ever been on and I was thrilled photograph this moment for Miranda and David.

For their session, we met at the Orange Circle. It's a fun old downtown that has so many great spots for photos. As we walked along, looking for our favorite brick wall (so many choices!), we came across Ruby's Diner. We weren't planning to take photos here, but as it turns out, it was the place Miranda and David first met! It was fun to capture a few shots where their love story began and now I am excited to see where the next chapter of their love story will take them!
